We are all responsible for playing our part in returning to group training and competition. As a Club we will do as much as we can, but we need individuals to follow the guidelines and play their part in ensuring a COVID-Safe training environment.

We need you to adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Stay at home if you feel unwell.
  • Stay home if you have been in direct contact with a known case of COVID-19 in the previous 14 days, have been ordered to self isolate, or are at risk from a health perspective.
  • Avoid bringing non-essential spectators/family members
  • Practise social distancing at all times and stay 1.5 metres away from other people
  • Cover any coughs or sneezes.
  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival, prior to entering transition, and before leaving.
  • Do not share or touch other people’s equipment.
  • Rack your bike where indicated allowing 1.5m from other participants bikes. Keep transition gear to a minimum on the left side of your bike.
  •  No spitting or clearing of nasal/respiratory secretions.
  • Don’t linger or mingle. This is a NSW Public Health order. You must “Get in, Train, Get Out”
  • Ensure training is strictly non-contact – including no high fives, handshakes, hugs etc.
  • Bring your own water bottle, towel and other personal equipment and avoid sharing equipment.
  • Register online before the 4:00pm Friday of Training Session
  • We will be capping total numbers as per our Booderee permit.
  • Please only bring essential persons to Iluka. We also encourage everyone to download the Federal Government’s COVIDSafe app and have it active.
